SOLDIERS OF RAGE was formed in 2014 by Diogo Jones with the ambition of creating something out of nothing. Originally emerging from Portugal before relocating to the UK, the band endured years of on-and-off development, refining their vision and sharpening their sound.
 

In 2024, SOLDIERS OF RAGE released their long-awaited debut album, ‘NEW AGE OF INHUMANITY’, marking the beginning of a new and focused chapter. The album established the band’s identity and set the tone for what was to come.

Drawing influences from heavyweights such as Lamb of God, Machine Head, Sylosis, Gojira, and many more, SOLDIERS OF RAGE delivers a relentless live experience — an auditory onslaught of technical thrash metal, full of groove, with some progressive elements.

Throughout 2024 and 2025, the band performed extensively across local and international stages, including a strong run in the 2025 Metal 2 The Masses competition in Kent, where they reached the final.
 

Now, 2026 stands as their most ambitious year yet, with a new album, a packed schedule of live shows, and major plans in motion.
‘AT THE EDGE OF OBLIVION’ reflects the band’s growth and evolution, positioning SOLDIERS OF RAGE to leave a lasting mark on the modern metal landscape.
